The self-pay rate is $140 per 60-minute session. Self-pay clients schedule through Headway.
Insurance
I accept selected Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, Medicare Advantage, TRICARE, marketplace, EAP, and other plans through Headway and SonderMind.
Insurance companies offer multiple products and networks. Choose the exact plan shown on your insurance card, and the scheduling page will direct you to the appropriate platform.
Participation with an insurer does not guarantee that every plan or service is covered. Eligibility, benefits, and estimated costs can be reviewed through the scheduling platform.
Cancellation policy
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged the full session fee. Insurance generally does not cover missed-appointment or late-cancellation fees.
Good Faith Estimates
If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance, you generally have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges when services are scheduled or upon request.
