Therapy where you can spend less time explaining every part
You may be seeking help for trauma, anxiety, depression, recovery, work stress, family concerns, or feeling stuck—not because you are gay or bisexual.
As a gay therapist, I bring clinical experience and lived understanding. The aim is to provide a setting where you can speak openly with less concern about filtering yourself, managing my reactions, or wondering whether an important part of your experience will be misunderstood.
When different parts of life feel separated
Some gay and bisexual men learn to compartmentalize: one self at work, another with family, friends, dating, or sexual relationships. That separation may have helped you stay safe, but maintaining it can become exhausting.
Therapy can help you consider greater integration without pressuring you to disclose anything before you are ready.
Understanding the whole context
Relationships, sex, substance use, family, religion, masculinity, body image, aging, rejection, and belonging may carry meanings shaped by your experience.
Substance use and sexual behavior can sometimes become intertwined. These subjects deserve a knowledgeable, nonjudgmental space where sexuality is neither pathologized nor ignored.
